Your Accounts / Reports
We will send you an invoice with your documentation for every trip, and a weekly statement. Monthly spend reports on tickets, accommodation and any other expense reports will also be made available to you. A set service level agreement and set service fees will guarantee that you know what to expect from Quartz Travel; therefore, we would be happy to look at a set monthly management fee with your company and that will help us calculate your average monthly costs so there are no surprises.
Expense reporting and your company’s CO2 footprint can be given to you weekly or monthly, whichever your preference may be.
